Palettes en carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9<\/h1>\n

<Il s'agit de particules de carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 sph\u00e9riques ou subsph\u00e9riques de couleur gris fonc\u00e9 pr\u00e9sentant une duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e (1400-1600 HV0.1), une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 l'usure et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion.<\/p>\n

Le CCP est utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer des \u00e9lectrodes r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l'usure en carbure c\u00e9ment\u00e9 (fil), des mat\u00e9riaux de soudage par pulv\u00e9risation et des mat\u00e9riaux de surfa\u00e7age. L'objectif principal est de pr\u00e9renforcer les surfaces r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l'usure ou de r\u00e9parer les surfaces us\u00e9es dans les secteurs de l'exploitation mini\u00e8re, du p\u00e9trole et du gaz, de la m\u00e9tallurgie, des machines de construction, des machines agricoles et de l'industrie sid\u00e9rurgique.<\/p>\n
