O po de carburo de tungsteno fundido esf\u00e9rico (SCTC)<\/strong> \u00e9 un po gris escuro feito por esferoidizaci\u00f3n ou atomizaci\u00f3n a ultra alta temperatura. SCTC \u00e9 un cristal dendr\u00edtico composto por WC e W 2.<\/sub> A microestrutura parecida \u00e1 pluma \u00e9 \u2265 90%. Tam\u00e9n ten unha excelente estabilidade qu\u00edmica e un alto punto de fusi\u00f3n (2525 \u2103). A alta dureza (\u22652700 HV0.1), a fluidez r\u00e1pida e a maior resistencia ao desgaste e \u00e1 corrosi\u00f3n fan que sexa moi popular a realizaci\u00f3n de superposici\u00f3ns de revestimento duro.<\/p>\n

SCTC \u00fasase para preparar po de bits de matriz PDC, po de soldadura por arco de plasma (PTAW), po de revestimento con l\u00e1ser, materiais de soldadura por pulverizaci\u00f3n, electrodos de carburo cementado resistentes ao desgaste (f\u00edos), etc. O prop\u00f3sito principal \u00e9 reforzar previamente as superficies resistentes ao desgaste. ou reparar superficies desgastadas para miner\u00eda, petr\u00f3leo e gas, metalurxia, maquinaria de construci\u00f3n, maquinaria agr\u00edcola e industrias sider\u00farxicas.<\/p>\n
