Diverse combinazioni di polvere di carburo di tungsteno fuso, polvere di carburo di tungsteno macrocristallino, polvere di carburo di tungsteno sferico fuso, polvere di WC-Co frantumata e pellet di carburo cementato vengono utilizzate come fasi dure da miscelare con polvere di nichel e altre leghe.
